Holland Partner Group entrusted Racila Design to craft a full identity for their biggest vision to date and the tallest residential high-rise on the west coast.

 

We came up with the name Kiara — a variant of the Italian Chiara, it means “bright,” and similarly in Korean it means “first ray of sun.” From this concept, the logo, collateral, signage and a full marketing package was developed. Today Kiara is a bright beacon among Seattle’s rapidly developing skyline.
